готовить мне очень нравится, но решила попробовать я этот рецепт
Итак: 500 грамм капусты, мелко нарезать и положить на сковороду или в форму для
запекания ( я готовила в разъёмной форме диаметром 26см
). Растопить полпачки маргарина ( 125 г. )
и в этой же емкости стала замешивать тесто. Для теста взбить до однородной массы 3
яйца 5 ст.л. сметаны( 20 % жирности)- у меня была такая, подойдет любая 3
ст.л. майонеза 6 ст.л. муки 1 ч.л. соли 2
ч.л.разрыхлителя
Залить капусту получившимся
тестом. Перемешать и поставить в разогретую духовку на 40 минут. Готовность
проверить палочкой. Запекайте до золотистого цвета. Пирог делается просто, но он
очень вкусный.
